Bogota

Bogota The flight from Toronto to Bogota was a great, watch a couple a movies that I can't remember right now, chatted with the neighboring passenger and he gave me some info about Colombia. The flight went really fast, and people clap on the landing, I don't get that. Jason was there waiting for me and he suffer with me the process to get my motorcycle out of custom. Long story it took a wapping 5 hours to get the temporary import document. 30 min finding the place, 45 waiting in line at the banking, then to the import for a solid 2:30 hours, then back to the first desk then more copies and transfer to someone else...30 min, more copies. From there the cargo took 20 min to get the bike, I was really happy to see it but they park out 10m away and they took 30 min to release it. Everything was there and the bike start so it was all worth it. I will introduce now my little companion who will be part of this trip, he got his own bed in the hotel in Toronto.
